  2.  FILE NAME:  Enter any valid file name.  The report
  3. will be saved with that name.
  4.  Warning: If the file already exists, it will be
  5. replaced.
  6. HOW MANY COPIES?
  7.   Enter the number of copies to be printed 
  8.   for this report.
  9.   How many copies? Enter the number of copies to be printed  
  10. for this report.
  11.   Printer:  Select the printer and port to be used for this  
  12. report.  The choices are listed to the right.  Use
  13. the arrow keys to choose one.  If you are unsure,
  14. use LPT1.
  15.   Setup Printer/Port: Setup or change the Printer and/or
  16. port assignment.
  17. PRINTER ERROR
  18.   The printer is not responding to the computer.
  19.   Possible reasons include:
  20. 1.  Printer turned off
  21. 2.  Printer unplugged
  22. 3.  Out of paper
  23. 4.  "On-line" light is not light.
  24. 5.  Cable is loose between the printer and
  25. the computer.
  26.   Check the above.  Turn the printer off then
  27.   back on and retry.
  28. You may select to view the report on the screen, print
  29. on the printer or save it to a file.  Use the arrow keys 
  30. to move to your selection and press the ENTER key.
  31. Screen: This opens a window and allows you to view the
  32. report on the screen.
  33. Printer:  This starts the report printing  on the
  34. printer.  You may press the ESC key during printing
  35. to cancel at any time.
  36. Disk:  This will save the report to a disk file.

  39. Scrolls up one line
  40.   PgDn  Scrolls down one screen
  41. PgUp  Scrolls up one screen
  42.  ^PgDn  Goes to the bottom
  43. ^PgUp  Goes to the top

  46. HOME  Goes to the top
  47. Moves left 5 columns
  48. Moves right five columns
  49. Moves to far left
  50. Moves to far right
  51. ^ means pressed with Ctrl key
